This event will take part on Europe Beyond Access’ Facebook page and artist group, as well as being livestreamed on the Facebook pages of Instytut Muzyki i Tańca, Teatr 21, taniecPOLSKA.pl and Instytut Teatralny im. Zbigniewa Raszewskiego.

Last year, Europe Beyond Access artist Diana Niepce was invited to become artist-in-residence with Teatr 21. During her stay in Warsaw, she participated in their performance of PokaZ, a show that explores the intersection of disability and sexuality, at Zachęta National Gallery of Art.

On Friday 8 May at 15:00-16:00 CET, Filip Pawlak will present an online discussion with Teatr 21 choreographer Justyna Wielgus and artists Helena Urbańska and Maciej Kasprzak to discuss Diana’s residency, the international mobility of disabled artists, and some of the themes she explored in her work.
