Something remarkable is happening in Europe. Disabled artists are creating waves of innovation throughout the theatre and dance sectors by challenging mainstream conventions, creating bold experimental work and collaborating across borders.
This network meeting is an opportunity to meet industry specialists involved in these projects, discover the best new work being produced by disabled artists, find collaborators, and activate new partnerships to strengthen the sector. The projects are supported by programmes such as Creative Europe, Erasmus +, and both national and international funding bodies. By sharing valuable insights and understanding how best to support disabled artists in an international context, we can further deepen the impact of all of our projects.
What is the idea?
We benefit from the opportunity to understand each other’s projects via Pecha Kucha-style presentations and project speed-dating sessions. There will also be room for discussion about how we can work more closely together.
